Dr Reena Singh, the founder of Khushi, is an Occupational Therapist with over nineteen years of experience in working with neurodiverse children.
She has undergone intensive training in Sensory Integration. She is certified in Therapeutic Listening, Astronaut training (Vestibular -Visual -Auditory Triad) and PECS. (Picture exchange communication system). She is also a Licensed Rhythmic Movement Training International Consultant and Instructor, an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, Hypnotherapy Practitioner, Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner, Advanced EFT Practitioner and Touch For Health Kinesiology proficient practitioner. She is also an author of Little Parenting Guru.
Her biggest qualification is that she is a mother and her strength lies in blending her role as a parent and a therapist to offer the best practical strategies to support families who come to her.
She has completed her Masters in psychotherapy and counselling and has been associated with Khushi Pediatric Therapy Centre since 2015.
She is the Coordinator of Khushi therapy centre Andheri. She manages the entire centre and it’s smooth functioning between parents and therapists. She has excellent team working, organizational and communication skills. She has solid patience and understanding for her work value.she is energetic and passionate about her work. She is trained in other approaches like Rhythmic movement training and BrainGym that helps in addition to develop and plan strategies for kids. She loves working with kids making therapy fun, enjoyable and exciting through singing,dancing and play. She is a good listener, open minded and understanding, Her ability to make a child comfortable is amazing.
Dr. Anusha Kumbla, is a certified physiotherapist who has been working with children with special needs for the past 4 years.
She is also certified in Brain Gym for special needs and has received training in MNRI-Dynamic and Postural reflex Pattern Integration (Masgutova Neuro sensoriomotor Reflex Integration). She provides sensory integration sessions to the children at Khushi. She is also the Co-ordinator of Khushi Therapy Centre, Kandivali. She ensures smooth functioning of intensive and individual therapy sessions, manages overall smooth communication with the parents and staff.
She has good personal and handling skills. She is quite responsible, flexible, patient in nature and has a calm, composed way of managing things. She oversees and supervises the complete working of Kandivali Centre.
Dr Melini has done her bachelors in Physiotherapy. She has been associated with Khushi since 2016 working as an Assistant physiotherapist.
She conducts therapy sessions for the kids including physiotherapy and. sensory integration. She has been trained in approaches such as Brain Gym and MNRI which makes her more equipped to devise a specific plan for treatment. Her strengths are great interpersonal relationships with her kids and colleagues. Moreover she makes the therapy sessions fun to keep the child interested and motivated.
Dr Anuradha Dayal has completed her bachelor of Physiotherapy.
She is best at her observation skills, communication, understanding and tries to bring best out of the kids.She is playful in nature and this makes the therapy interesting and fun. She is very understanding and modest which helps her to build a connection with kids and people around her.
Mrs. Rupali Bhoir is a certified graduate with more than 3 years of experience in administration field. She works as an office admin at Khushi Therapy Centre, Kandivali.
She has good handling skills and manages the responsibilities of the centre well. She is quite confident and communicates well with the parents. She also manages to solve all the inquiries related to appointments. She has a good co-ordination with the entire staff and also with the parents.
